good selection of work glove.
free socks today.
great sales store wide.
Sunday 3 of September at 11:58 the cashier was aggressive and impolite to customers. Nobody have to tolerate mean sales associate. The receipt her name is nr.0684. In the Duncan store.
I found the perfect gift for my husband's birthday!! He loves his Wind River stretch flannel shirt.
Staff unmotivated, unfriendly and annoyed when you ask for assistance like unlocking the change room or finding the type of clothing I was looking for. Then after trying on one set of pants that turned out to not be suitable, I went to look for another style and size only to return 2 mins later to find the stall I had just used locked again, having to queue up at checkout again just to ask for them to unlock it a 2nd time. They’re more concerned with people stealing a pair of pants than providing a relaxed shopping experience. I was planning on spending more but left with one $40 purchase as I didn’t want to ask a 3rd time to access the change room.
This place is huge. Too bad only two people working there when I was in. I stood waiting for someone to come assist in the shoe section for 20 minutes. Ended up leaving and spend $300 on work boots somewhere else in town.
Kirsten was a great help to me. I was having such a hard time finding a pair of jeans to fit me having lost weight after losing my daughter. I was close to leaving the store sad and empty handed until Kirsten came over took the time to talk to me and helped me find what I needed. I left the store feeling good with two pairs of jeans and a belt. Thank you Kirsten for taking the time
Solid selection of work/casual clothes. The staff here are incredibly attentive and spent close to 5 minutes looking for an item in the back for me. Great location!
I like the idea that it has moved downtown as it makes it easier to get to, but they still have the same problem as at the old location.
The damn aisles are so crowded a person in a wheelchair such as myself can not get through half of the aisles.
I went with a friend to purchase something for her son, and when you can find a way through the aisles, it is so closed in with merchandise that it makes one feel claustrophobic.
Whoever is the person who is in charge of laying out the store needs to go to school or something to teach them how to make a store accessible to everyone not just the able-bodied.
